The Arise ‘Czar’ AR-44 is fitted with a 4-inch capacitive touch screen display that boasts a WVGA resolution of 480×800 pixels. The processing capabilities are handled by the 1.2 GHz dual-core processor under its hood that is supplemented by 512 MB of RAM. On the storage front, the device features a micro SD card slot that helps in expanding the storage capacity up to 32 GB, but there is no word on the internal storage space. For imaging, there is a basic 2 MP primary snapper at the back of the Arise ‘Czar’ AR-44 and a VGA front-facing shooter for video calling. The Arise ‘Czar’ AR-44 runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and it has connectivity features such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and micro USB 3.0 and dual SIM functionality. Also onboard is a 1,500 mAh battery that is said to deliver acceptable backup to the handset to handle its dual-core processor and low resolution display.
